African postgraduate Scholarships
(Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania)
Edinburgh Napier University has merit-based scholarships for African students. If you live in one of the countries above, you are eligible to apply for a £1,000 tuition fee reduction to start studying in January 2012.
Once you have an offer to study with us we then assess your academic qualifications and English language skills to offer reduced tuition fees.
Academic conditions & Scholarships offered
Postgraduate Scholarships for Nigeria
2:1 or 2:2 pass in Bachelors Degree (overall average Grade A or B) + 2 years relevant work experience and a good personal statement.
Postgraduate Scholarships for Ghana
2:2 pass in Bachelors (Honours) Degree or above and a good personal statement.
Postgraduate Scholarships for Uganda
2:2 pass in Bachelors (Honours) Degree with GPA 2.7 or above and a good personal statement.
Postgraduate Scholarships for Tanzania
2:2 pass in Bachelors (Honours) Degree or above and a good personal statement.
Postgraduate Scholarships for Kenya
2:2 pass in Bachelors (Honours) Degree – 55% / Grade C or above and a good personal statement.
How to apply
To apply for one of our scholarships, complete the

- Your degree / exam results and the dates you passed them
- Your full contact details: home address and email
- Evidence that you have paid the £3,000 fee deposit
