-Student bursaries are open to all South African citizens, and post-doctoral research bursaries are open to anyone who has completed their PhD in the last five years.
-Honours students will also need to apply separately to a university honours programme.

Scholarship Description: Several bursaries are available to conduct research on various aspects of managing new invasions as part of the Working for Water / South African National Biodiversity Institute Early Detection and Rapid Response Programme.Project running expenses will be covered separately and will vary depending on the project. Where the candidate is based and registered will also depend on the project and candidate.
